Starting my journey in the Tech Industry for eight years I was able to learn attention to detail while maintaining a technical view. I managed a group of people to set goals and helped them achieve those goals on a daily, weekly, and annual basis. I believe these skills helped prepare me for my future in the hair industry.
As a salon owner I was able to apply these skills in my staff, helping to teach new stylists to better grow their own careers.
Now, as an educator of curls, and a salon owner at The Curl Room, I am able to apply my creativity and technical skill in a consistent manner and approach to suit each client.
A lover of curly hair I aim to change the way people see curly hair services, curly people and set goals to transform the industry view on curly hair.
