As the salon’s owner, Cindy Frank’s style is reflected in the atmosphere. From the earth tones to the natural fibers and the eclectic music, Salon Metro exudes a sense of serenity and a commitment to style. “I love working with the natural flow of hair,” says Cindy. “I strive to help the client find a style that is easy to take home and reproduce themselves.”
Cindy’s natural curls have enticed many curly haired clients to her chair. Since opening Salon Metro in 1987, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve their best look, and her clients continue to return over and over again.
Curly hair truly is her passion. “The movements, textures, bounces, waves and wisps speak to me, and it is important to understand that curls have their own language.”
Cindy trained at the Flagship Ouidad Salon in New York City, and is one of the only Ouidad certified stylists located in Seattle. Of course curls aren’t her only specialty. Cindy works on all types and textures of hair and strives for perfection in color enhancement.
