My love of hair has spanned 4 decades: at the age of 7, I would mimic the pin curls and finger wave sets I saw in the glamorous black and white films on both myself and my dolls, to later setting and perming my friends’ hair in grade school. By age 16, I began my salon career and since then have cultivated a passion for sculpting hair. I enjoy the art of hair cutting with both scissors and razor— bringing out the texture of curly and straight hair. To me it’s all about the details and fine tuning, as well as customizing a haircut to compliment my client’s features. I love precision hair cutting for both men and women, but my passion truly lies in dry cutting for curly hair. My focus is on natural hair coloring that will enhance my client’s skin tone and eye color. During my free time, my artistry continues as I enjoy cooking, yard sculpting and grooming my little dog and cat! I enjoy building relationships with my clients through our engaging conversations and appreciate the long standing client relationships I have fostered over the years.
