Cathy seeks to be part of the movement to change the world’s view of curly hair, one curl at a time. She is a Certified Curl Specialist with 10 years of training from DevaChan Academy in New York, and she specializes in the DevaCut, coloring, and styling curly hair as well as “curl training” to teach her clients how to best care for their gorgeous curls.
