Meet Gabby. Gabby is the new owner and operator of Hair Razors as of November 22,2018. Gabby was born and raised in the Niskayuna/ Schenectady area. Gabby began her successful career over 10 years ago from The Paul Mitchell School in Schenectady, New York. Gabby started her hair career at Jean Paul in Albany, New York from that moment she knew that she was on a path to one day own her own salon. From Albany she then slowly made her way to Panache Hair Studio in Clifton Park,New York where she worked for 4 years before she took her path of owning her own salon. Gabby prides herself on her listening skills when she is behind the chair, her comforting personality, and willingness to learn new techniques and trick of her trade. She has worked along side some of the top artist in the area doing run way hair and makeup, bridal hair and makeup , and assisting in every aspect of the art of hair styling. Gabby has broadened her ability to serve her clients by taking training in Florida , New York city , the capital region, and had the pleasure of being trained by a 3rd generation barber two times. All of her training’s helped her zone in and excel in Deva Curl hair cutting, Goldwell color techniques and formulations, and long with cutting technique that will service both men and women. Gabby is a Deva curl educator for not only New York, but surrounding states as well since 2019. She was the New York educator for color and Keratin treatments for over 4 years . Gabby enjoys teaching her fellow stylist about new and upcoming products and techniques. Her specialties behind the chair are Deva curl hair cuts at level 2 certified in 2017, mermaid hair, Keratin treatments certified in 2015 , hand painting color techniques and mens cuts.
