ALL I REALLY WANT IS CURLS

Starting her Career in Newport Beach, Kara found that embracing her hairs natural texture was easier than fighting it. Finding Ouidad she began to immerse herself into the world of curls. Training in the New York and Los Angeles Ouidad Flagship Salons Kara learned from top educators and artists.

From 2015-2018 Kara traveled all over the West Coast including Seattle, Sacramento, Denver and Phoenix teaching stylists how to cut and style curly hair using the Ouidad Method. Working on platform stages as part of the Ouidad Education Team she has been able to show Women and Men how to properly care for, maintain and manage healthy, beautiful curls. Based mainly in Los Angeles she worked behind the chair full time working with 90% of her clients having curly hair.

In 2018 Kara moved to Santa Barbara, CA to focus on building her curly business in the breathtaking, ocean front salon, Salon Del Mar.
